### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Is my anger really justified?

This book helped me to put my anger into someone else’s perspective. While I thought I was justified because other people’s words and actions “made me react”, in reality, I was “bearing false witness” when my actions and reactions were completely controlled by myself. Fr. Morrow distinguishes between reasonable anger and sinful anger and gives a wonderful perspective on how, if unchecked, our sinful anger further damages relationships.This book is not meant for theologians or philosophers. It is meant for those who struggle in practice with managing their anger. If you are looking for a thesis paper this isn’t the book for you. If you are looking for a personable “how to” guide to help in a time of deep struggle this is for you.I learned from the insights in this book to help with my family relationships and friendships. I was not married nor in a dating relationship at the time so I can attest that this book is useful for the non-marital relationships, too. A word of caution, it takes only one person to confess but two to reconcile- this book enables you to do the former, unfortunately we can’t force anyone to do the latter with us.Thank you, Fr. Morrow- your book helped me on my journey to turn my life around and I am grateful to have had it as part of the process!
