## Description

For sale are the 3 full tang Ninja Kunai throwing knives, like those seen in Naruto. Made of 440 stainless steel, the handle and blade are of one piece. The blade is slightly sharpened, and with 4 inches, the item is made to puncture. The handle is wrapped nylon. Included is the nylon sheath, which holds 3 ninja kunais. This is a favorite of ninja fans.

Review: Incredible - I ordered these knives along with a set of Perfect Points as my first knives. Keep in mind that I have yet to use a professional knife, so my standards may be lower. One of the first things I noticed was that the ring was quite small. This wasn't too much of a problem, especially since I did not plan to throw using the ring, but it may have been nice to have it as an option. Contrary to many others, the wrapping on the handle has stayed quite firm so far. The edges may fray, but it will not come off easily, and can be secured by using hot glue, super glue, any other fast drying adhesive, or tape as a last resort. I have noticed that the knives are weighted towards the handle. While it could simply be due to my inexperience, I found this weight slightly uncomfortable with a pinch grip, but it does seem to help the knife's velocity. My favorite features of the knife are its dull edges, very sharp tip, ease of throwing (much more comfortable than the Perfect Points), resilience to mistreatment thus far, and overall great looks. The only issue I have had so far is the imbalance, but this may have been deliberately changed to accommodate for different throwing styles. Tl;dr: great knives, excellent handles, sharp blades, regret not buying more at once.
Review: Very pleased! - They came just on time. This is my first set, so I can't say how they are as far as quality of throwing knives go. I just know that so far from the days I've used them non-stop on a tree trunk, the tips haven't bent. The wrapping hasn't come off since I melted the ends on with a lighter. They've held up good and throw pretty straight. I think I want to go with larger knives, but that's opinion. If you're looking for a first set, these are perfect. They're nice and cheap, and will allow you to throw 12 before having to retrieve them. Which is great for training your arm to throw precisely. The edge seems to be a little sharp-ish, but I haven't cut myself with them at all. I would go as far to say you don't need to worry about them cutting you (My hands are calloused however). The points arent so sharp to where they stab into you from poking them by accident, but will still stick into a tree trunk easy enough. I would overall recommend these to anyone. For sure worth their price in my experience. However don't expect these to be big dagger kunai like you see in Naruto. These are smaller, and thinner. Still well worth the price.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are they sharp? For example, sharp enough to cut an apple?**
A: The tip is quite pointed and when dropped in a free-fall from 12" will impact oak and remain standing. The blade edges are slightly honed to a sharpness that can smoothly cut paper when drawn perpendicular across the edge at a 1/4" point freely suspended by pinched fingers. This is not a dangerous sharpness but I consider somewhat sharp. I did not try this on an apple but it does cut a potato with no problems. My guess is you will have no problems with an apple. You probably will need to sharpen it a bit more if you want to shave the skin or "peelings." I have many knives and have made my own since the 1960's. These are short but I can still get them to stick. Note that kitchen knives are thin all the way though which makes cutting easier. These knives are not really kitchen knives, and have a little bit more thickness on the blade, which helps develop the mass (weight) to deliver a force needed to penetrate when thrown. Check out the physics formula where force = mass x acceleration. Hope this helps!

**Q: What are the size of these???**
A: 6" total length. They are like 3 1/2" blade length.

**Q: Does anyone have a solution to the handles coming undone?**
A: Wrap them and sip the handle in polyurethane on something like that. Let dry, re-dip and have at it. I did mine the first time they came undone, haven’t had a problem yet...

**Q: Are they actual sharp knives?**
A: Pointy Sharp!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ PRETTY AWESOME
*by M***E on April 15, 2020*

So I came across these knives after my great-aunt gave me a little money for Easter. I was looking for some cheap throwing knives to practice with. (These are my first throwing knives.) Anyway, I found these and, after checking out the reviews, decided to order them. When they arrived, I was very excited. I took them outside to try them out. I threw them at a tree and a fence after watching YouTube how-to vids. At first, however, I was a literal piece of trash at knife throwing. Then, they did not always stick. Of course, this is probably because of my lack of skill. They do not fly straight tho. That is why I'm only giving four stars. I've watched vids, and done it how they showed me, but they don't. (Probably a balance point issue.) But I am very happy with this product, and it is very good for its price. They have yet to show breakage and are very durable so far. But the nylon sheath sucks. It is so bad, that if I pushed hard enough, I would probably bleed. But I love this item and am satisfied greatly. I highly recommend this item.
