I actually used it twice! The first time my laptop was able to be fixed. After filing the claim, within 3 days, I received a box and return label. It was repaired and returned to me within 2 weeks. The second time, I filed the claim on line, received the box in 2 days. I received text notifications verifying it got there and their approximate time frame for repairs. The next notification let me know they had to order parts so it would take a little longer to fix. About 5 days later I received a text that my laptop could not be fixed and they were sending me a check for the full purchase price !
