The finest Gymnastics dowel grips on the market. The reisport ladies uneven grip bar is constructed with two finger holes and a small rubber dowel that is glued and sewn (not tied.) to the grip. The grip is to be worn at the first knuckle of the middle two fingers. A hook and loop wrist closure allows for a secure fit on any gymnast. My first pair were great! But the second pair that I ordered were two different sizes and quality. One was very stiff and the other was already very floppy. Although they both said size two when you measure them they were different lengths.

Purchased a 2nd pair for my daughter as she outgrew her old one. She’s 12. The finger holes are a little too large for her - She needs to use tap or rubber band. This is one of the brands recommended by her coach.
