My guess-an inferior commercial breed and poorly raised. Threw them all away after a couple of bites. FLAVOR CAME FROM MY RECIPE, NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE WINGS. I specifically bought from this company bc I thought I was buying small turkey wings. These were no different than buying from local stores: large, 2 sections. You're forced to buy more than needed. I can't find small turkey wings in Tx, so buying more seemed reasonable. For a perishable delivery, I wished they had given me an advance notice for delivery. If it had not been for another obvious delivery, no telling when I would have notice their perishable box. Box did not have dry ice in it. I won't be buying again.
