**Q: is this made of 100% gel and covered by a thin nylon/lycra cloth like the old ones from 15-20 years ago?**
A: Seems to be all gel with thin nylon covering. But as I stated in a previous review, it is poor quality and fell apart in less than a year with very minimal usage.
