Firstly, the flexible sole means you can wiggle your toes. Secondly, they're like soft gloves for the feet. The packaging is beautifully done, as well. I bought the first pair from Amazon in light grey with a natural coloured inside for M. Bleu. When they came, I couldn't resist trying them on. Having done so, I immediately ordered a pair of darker grey ones in my own size, and told Ciora that I had one leg shorter than the other. They offered to send a pair of sheepskin inner soles, saying I could use one whole and cut one up to get the height I needed. Fantastic service! The new soles arrived within 36 hours and lo! I was rebalanced. Getting back to the first pair, my friend said: "These are the best present you've ever bought me." And my hairdresser coined a new term, "ankle envy", when I said they looked wonderful on M. Bleu because he has such slim ankles. Anyhow, cold mornings don’t matter when you can slip into a pair of Ciora sheepskin boots. They are beautifully made and we both love them. And they look pretty good too. I expect years of happy feet from now on.
