Works great, but it does come with an adapter that you need to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK but had to use the supplied adapter ?! *by D***D on August 29, 2017* This adapter is OK. Described as a replacement for 5.3 volt supply, only 5 volts, but it works. Did indeed have an adapter at the plug end that had to be used to work with the IO Gear KVM 1104, a bit too bulky for my liking and may cause issues where it has to be located. The cord is indeed 8 feet long, that's a plus and as advertised.
