No problem for this tool! Genuinely impressed with how much easier it makes it to open and close the blinds, and how quick to close the windows when rain starts to fall. No more mad dash for the ladder! No more scratching the window frames with makeshift poles. I had thought it expensive for a pole with a bit of plastic on the end, so put off buying, but actually for something this strong and lightweight, and with a perfectly shaped bit of plastic to grip the blinds and twist the window latch - I would say it's worth it! Review: Does the job - Bought to make opening/closing a Velux window at the top of a staircase in a loft conversion easier. The pole extends smoothly and auto locks with buttons which depress easily to close again. It’s lightweight and stores easily in a cupboard. The plastic fitting at the end used to attach to the window handle seems sturdy but care should be used not to twist the pole too much as this could put pressure on the plastic loop. We are fortunate that we can open the window handle by hand and just use the pole to push open and pull down the window again. ## Features - Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows and Blinds 1.1m 2.0m - Brand : Classic Roof Blinds - Product type: WINDOW SHADE - Clear - velux opening pole fakro opening rod windows blinds skylight roof light loft window window opening pole ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07MXJB42J | | Best Sellers Rank | 133,291 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 154 in Roller Blinds | | Brand | Classic Roof Blinds | | Brand Name | Classic Roof Blinds | | Colour | Transparent | | Compatible Devices | Fakro roof windows and blinds | | Control Type | manual | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 587 Reviews | | Included Components | Contains necessary components for assembly and operation | | Item Dimensions L x W | 12L x 0.04W metres | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Weight | 2 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Classic Roof Blinds | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | 7c0777f2-9261-4995-919c-6dcc8a246ffa | | Mounting Type | Outside Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Opacity | 0.5 inches | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Product Care Instructions | Spot Clean Only | | Product dimensions | 12L x 0.04W metres | | Recommended Uses For Product | Indoor | | Recommended uses for product | Indoor | | Room Type | All Rooms | | Size | 4W x 1200H cm | | Special Features | Durable, Easy Blind Operation | | Specific Uses For Product | Skylight, Window | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Classic Roof Blinds - **Colour:** Transparent - **Material:** Plastic - **Opacity:** 0.5 inches - **Product dimensions:** 12L x 0.04W metres ## Images ![Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows & Blinds (1.1m - 2.0m) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61iuFCOv2ZL.jpg) ![Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows & Blinds (1.1m - 2.0m) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61MrN+KQjbL.jpg) ![Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows & Blinds (1.1m - 2.0m) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ioJTPdC2L.jpg) ![Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows & Blinds (1.1m - 2.0m) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51x8fzWlTcL.jpg) ![Designed for FAKRO Telescopic Window Pole Opener for Skylight Roof Windows & Blinds (1.1m - 2.0m) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61-7rqfHG6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Length Range** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this strong enough for a lever handle extended too 2 mts.** A: Yes, it is strong enough.
