I used a voltmeter to test this with various devices, and it meets or exceeds the performance of the original chargers of those devices (eg. Samsung S10+ and forget the brand of laptop). I did notice that the power supplied fluctuates more sporadically than the original chargers, but overall it tends to supply more power and charges a tiny bit quicker. I also found that it must have some kind of eco setting to prevent vampire energy drains. The voltmeter will instantly turn on when I plug it into the original chargers, but it will not turn on with this charger unless I plug a device into it. So, that's great! I'm always looking for the best bang for my buck and this was a success. ### ⭐ Runs hot - too hot to touch *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2020* This was charging a ThinkPad P43 series with 14" screen and it was running too hot to touch with a bare hand.
