The towel dispenser is not too big and not too small it had a large enough opening on the bottom and was made of thick Quality material. Installation was easy enough, but the included Anchors would not stay in the hole and open up. I had to use existing anchors I had on hand. Would have given 5 stars if the anchors that came with my unit worked. Overall not a bad investment, just make sure to provide your own towels.
