Review: Nice frame and excellent company to deal with - The frame arrived from desertcart with a sticker on the packaging stating it had failed the quality control because it wasn't the required weight. And yes. The insert was missing. So that was a bit naff of desertcart to send it out. However, I contacted the help number direct to the company who were super helpful and sent out a border/insert immediately which arrived the next day. The frame was lovely and just right for what I wanted it for. Very impressed with item and the company... not so with desertcart's quality control this time.

The frame arrived from Amazon with a sticker on the packaging stating it had failed the quality control because it wasn't the required weight. And yes. The insert was missing. So that was a bit naff of Amazon to send it out. However, I contacted the help number direct to the company who were super helpful and sent out a border/insert immediately which arrived the next day. The frame was lovely and just right for what I wanted it for. Very impressed with item and the company... not so with Amazon's quality control this time.

It’s a picture frame - so not a lot to say about it! Well made, the only small criticism is that the inner border frame only just allows an A4 picture to be displayed - it could do with being just a little deeper. I managed to tape the image I had to stop it from fall through the border.
