I play a LOT of tennis and even have a ball machine that I work with a LOT so i can get really tired afterwards. This is a different type of recovery aid in that I think it's supposed to help with joints and bones after a workout. I'm more familiar with the recovery aids that help with muscle recovery so the next day I'm not so sore or tired. I'm a new 61 and though I feel much younger than my years, I now have to be aware of stress on my joints and bones and the length of my recovery time after a tough match or practice. I know Turmeric is super good for joints and many other things and I have been taking it for a couple of years in a form called, "Golden Paste" (please Google it). The other ingredients I'm not all that knowledgeable about but should help. I've taken 2 gel caps, as directed, after a workout but I can't really tell if my joints feel better since they feel fine anyway.
