My 2 year old had suddenly developed a deep hatred for all shoes. Why? I wish I knew, but I suspect because they were all uncomfortable. She has very tall and very fat feet. I needed to find something, anything that she would wear. This shoe was the 8th pair I ordered and tried. All the others were a bust- didn't fit, too tight, couldn't get her foot in, or she'd scream like a banshee when she was wearing them. Finally these worked! They are insanely comfortable material. Generously wide. The placement of the velcro closure makes it so her tall feet aren't getting crushed. Plus, the foot opening is huge, so even the squirmiest or hulkiest foot can comfortably get shoved inside. The rubber sole seems durable and has stood up to rocky walks already. I'm pretty certain these are going to be easily machine washable as well.The only thing I was unsure of was the color. I ultimately went with blue and I'm glad I did. It's neutral enough and not garish or overly baby-ish. I thought the stripes on the back would bother me but they don't. At this point, I'm just glad we've conquered our shoe demons. I'm ordering these in gray plus getting them in a size up. Overall highly recommend, especially for fat/tall/wide footed littles.

My baby just started walking and these were the first shoes that helped him explore outdoors. The flaps on both sides make it super easy to put on.

It's so hard to find a good shoe for chubby baby feet. This shoe fits great and is easy to get on. My 11 month old doesn't try to take them off so I guess they are comfortable for him. Honestly, I love the shoes. I did have to order 3 pairs in order to find a pair that didn't have a defect. The first pair (see pics) had a half moon shape slightly darker gray where it seems glue seeped out of the seam. The second pair had little chunks of the sole glued to the top of the shoe that couldn't be removed. I really loved the fit of the shoe so I gave the company one last try and thank goodness the third pair is perfect. Having a good shoe for a baby is so important so for me it was worth doing the returns regarding the cosmetic issues to get a shoe that he can easily and comfortably walk in.

These shoes are awesome, they are soft easy to put they hold on well baby could walk with them well in spite of being to big for her (which did make her stumble upon her own feet a little) but they were just too large so I had to return them.Please note: I followed the size chart that pops up from the size chart button, which is incorrect . Now that I returned to try ordering a smaller size, I noticed that if you scroll down rather than press the size chart bottom, You will come upon a size chart reference that is different!If you decide to buy, follow the size chart that you find by scrolling down.Unfortunately now it’s too late and I won’t be able to get these shoes on time before we go on vacation 😞. But I will be sure be buying when we return.

They are super cute and comfortable and flexible but fall off way too easily

These were like the 15th shoe we tried on, guy has feet shaped like eggs with toes. I think they would fall off of average to skinny feet but they work fantastic for him. Flexible and held up to lots of park exploration, turns out they also float pretty well too so I have ordered another pair

My son is now 1.5; he's a freaking giant, he's always been a freaking giant. When we were looking for shoes for him we looked up what shoes would be good for first walkers and oh my god, almost none of them are for kids that are larger than life for their age. We took the "tips" from the articles and started looking for shoes that met our criteria with the biggest emphasis on wide and fat feet. FOUND IT! The velcro is amazing, the fit is amazing, our son doesn't complain, his feet slip right in and still has room; oh! and, the grip on these are prime. My son gripped hard on a slide and flew forward. It wasn't funny seeing him hurt but I will give credit where credit is due. Haha. We love that these have sizes of all across the board which means I can keep buying these for awhile.
