Review: Decent toy splash cymbal - I give this 4 out of 5 stars because it’s sounds a bit too much like a toy. I considered letting my 2 year old keeping it since he had fun with it. I will say that this cymbal sounds decent in the context of a full drum kit. If you use it for softer, small accents while playing your full drum set, this will do the job. In that setting, you won’t be able to hear the toy-like sound. This splash isn’t very loud.
