I need to set an alarm if pH rises above 8.4** A: No, it doesn't. **Q: I made the mistake of calibrating it with the solution mix with water at 22°c instead of 25°c. do i have to redo the process to make the ph accurate?** A: To correct the true reading, yes, but throw it out, return it whatever just get a better one. **Q: It mentions drinking water, would this meet FDA standards for contact with products for human consumption?** A: Not worth it. Faulty products. **Q: will it measure the water tempter or air temp.** A: Hi, the meter measures pH and water temperature simultaneously. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mains powered with battery back up *by M***X on July 3, 2024* Really nice small unit that is mains powered and shows bright Ph and temp numbers on a green background. Being mains is stays on 24/7 unlike my other monitoring unit that is only battery powered so I try to keep it off. Use the Ph testing solutions to know how the unit reads. Both my units monitoring read under by 0.5. Doesn't have a good way to hang it up. Has a sticky tab that falls off from a U carriage. Needs a couple of slots to secure it easier with zip ties or hooks. But really like this small unit. Quick to react to water changes immediately. Like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very satified *by S***R on December 29, 2025* This was very easy to calibrate, and I was able to see my other PH device was off as I thought. I would suggest this to anyone especially since it is ac/dc. ### ⭐ Garbage, save your money *by T***D on August 14, 2021* What a disappointment ! All i wanted it for was to monitor ph levels. Received product with ph probe floating around in the box with no cap or cover on probe. . . DOES NOT WORK !!! . . . I can measure the exact same water 5 different times and get 5 different readings of + or - 3.. not point 3 but a full 3 ph levels variance. SAVE YOUR MONEY ! ! ! Why is so much JUNK being sold on Amazon ? LoL, the temp probe works great but that makes for an expensive temp meter. ## Frequently Bought Together - 2 in 1 pH & Temperature Monitor, pH Meter with Backlight Function, Dual Display 0.00~14.00pH °C/ °F Water Quality Tester pH Monitor for Water, Fish Tank, Aquarium, Hydroponics, Pools - General Hydroponics pH Control Kit For A Balanced Nutrient Solution - VIVOSUN Digital pH and TDS Meter Kits, 0.01pH High Accuracy Pen Type pH Meter ± 2% Readout Accuracy 3-in-1 TDS EC Temperature Meter for Hydroponics, Pool and Aquarium, Yellow Blue, UL Certified --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/114158900-2-in-1-ph-and-temperature-monitor-ph-meter-backlight](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/114158900-2-in-1-ph-and-temperature-monitor-ph-meter-backlight) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
