    Defective drawer release  mechanism

release mechanism didn't work to allow opening of upper drawer.  Amazon makes it a hassle to return a defective product with no one to talk to.  I ordered it from Amazon so it could be delivered to avoid having to haul it myself now they require I haul this very heavy box to the post office and pay to have the defective product shipped back to the manuf.  What a pain!!!!!!
