They pair easily with the Philips Hue system but they don't seem to interpret "yellow" like the Philips bulbs do. For example, using Philips A19 bulbs and the Hue app, if I choose the "Relax" scene in the Philips Hue app the ERIA A19 is definitely more "pink" than "yellow." Support confirmed this as a problem with the ERIA bulbs. Hopefully they figure out a solution.So I would say... if you build a smart lighting system using only the ERIA bulbs then you'll be happy and save money. If you are looking to use them in an existing system, like a Philips Hue, then they will not exactly match the Philips branded bulbs. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2 the price as Hue 1/2 as good. Very Loud on white / bright settings. *by C***M on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2019* These bulbs are about 1/2 the price as Hue but they are also about 1/2 as smart. I have 24 Hue and 24 Of These Eria's. The Eria's have trouble connecting to the Hue bridge sometimes, so not all lights will turn on or change color on the first tap. You need to hit the light selection on the app a few times get all the lights to change to desired setting. I also noticed that while on a bright or white setting the lights are very noisy. I can hear a very loud electric / incandescent light sound buzzing from the bulbs. You can not use a dimmer switch with these and they must be dimmed from the app. I will be slowing changing out all of the Eria bulbs I purchased to the far superior HUE bulbs as soon as I can. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Solid Product *by L***V on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2019* If you are considering these bulbs as an alternative to Philips Hue, then they're a great option.They pair well with the hub and handle being controlled fairly well. The process of pairing them with an off-brand hub is a bit odd, but it just takes a quick factory reset. The manual that comes with the bulbs explains how to do that, if you take the time to read it.Comparing them to the market leader, they turn on and off just as smoothly as the Hue bulbs, and their colors are very vibrant.I've noticed some occasional software glitches when they're being controlled by the computer app Huetro, especially when you're switching between the more exotic colors. There are completely different, less frequent bugs when you use the Hue App, so my guess is that it's something odd in the software.But these little glitches haven't messed with my usability at all. The main reason I got them was to have a more natural range of color temperatures in my house, and they're absolutely great for that.
