These are good glasses and block the sun well, but they are not polarized.

Q: Can the lenses be changed in these (for prescription polarized lenses)?

Yes, I have this exact same pair from my optometrists office with Rx lenses.

Q: Are the lenses on the peach frames very dark?

They are are pinky brown gradient that look dark from front but you can see your eyes through them but I wouldn’t say they are dark to look out.

Q: What is the size of the lens and bridge?

I have a wide bridge and it's usually a problem, but these fit me perfectly.
