### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the book that I didn't know I ALWAYS NEEDED!

I LOVE this book!  I didn't realize how important it was until I started using it.  I have been struggling with health and diet and weight loss for YEARS.  I have gotten to the point where at least half of the advice I get is COMPLETELY WRONG AND TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!  If you have EVER struggled with any issue do yourself a favor and GET THIS BOOK!!!!!  Having a journal that YOU write to YOU is PRICELESS!  If you are anything like me, you have a world full of people giving you all sorts of advice and in the end, YOU know what YOU really need.  I have discovered things by filling this out every day that doctors and friends and family should have easily been able to recognize but didn't.  It turns out that I really am the best doctor of me.  There is also something CRITICALLY IMPORTANT about YOU telling YOURSELF what works for you in YOUR OWN HANDWRITING!  This has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself and I will continue using this forever!!!  This is a MUST HAVE!
