I lit candles, gas stove top, kindling, and cardboard. Worked very well.I love the safety features. Other designs can be accidently lit in a purse or back pack. But to use this, you have to first unfold it, then unlock it and finally press the button. Having to go through all those steps gives me more confidence about using it.I hear recharging can be tricky so I will update once I do that. Push the button and nothing happens. Charged it overnight just to be sure, but still nothing. Very disappointed.
