I have a traditional pressed powder compact case. This said 'refill'. However, this is a misleading description as it is not possible to remove the powder without cracking it and rendering it useless. Mine went in the bid, although not before shedding powder over my cream carpet!

This face powder was an excellent buy. I paid £2.00 for it which is one of the cheapest face powders Ive seen around apart from the face powder from the natural collection. I always worry a little about buying makeup online because of the shade being wrong for my skin but this powder is the perfect shade. The shade is translucent and very light which is exactly what I wanted because a lot of face powders can make your skin look orange. The powder itself is very soft on the skin, it does have that old fashioned powder smell that powders used to have years ago but I dont mind, there is also a powder sponge included which is good.

Bit "whiter" than normal, like putting talc on, either my face has changed colour or the shade has gone lighter or I have just realised I have been looking pale for years.  Going to get the next shade up next time.Well this is next time, broke on arrival, all selotaped up and when opened it was literally fit for the bin, down to one star, don't buy compacts through the post really, too delicate.  Whilst every care probably taken to wrap and pack, what happens on a van or in the mail system is a different matter.
