Take a nap, cuddle up, watch TV, or read a book. The Freshmint Weighted Blanket isn’t just ideal for a good night’s sleep - it’ll bring calm, comfort, and coziness to any time, day or night! How to choose the right Freshmint Weighted Blanket? Choose the blanket that weighs about 10% of your body weight plus one. A weighted blanket is supposed to on the top of the mattress and should not go over the edges of bed; when using with children or seniors, ensure the individual has enough strength to move the blanket off themselves if necessary. Reminder: ❤weighted blankets are designed to be used by individuals for optimal weight distribution. Each member of a couple should use his or her own weighted blanket. ❤Protect your blanket from direct source of heat. As heat could damage the glass pellets inside. ❤To maximize the lifespan of your weighted blanket, we recommend spot cleaning whenever possible and using a duvet so washing the blanket itself is less necessary. ❤Freshmint weighted blanket is the most breathable one due to the unique technologies in manufacturing so it boosts better temperature control than others. But it may also feel hot for hot sleepers in warm days due to its weight, so a fan or an AC is recommended in summer. In cold days just add a FRESHMINT minky quilted duvet cover which can add warmth & snug feeling. ❤If you are tall than 5’5”, you should choose queen or king size weighted blanket with the length over 80” long, or your feet may stick out the weighted blanket. For the first few nights, you may feel it is too heavy or too light weight. Getting used to a weighted blanket takes about 2-7 days, please bear with the magic weighted blanket a few more days. ## Features - Polyester - Imported - ❤Size: 60"x80", 15lbs, Gray inner and removable cover. Help you with deep sleep, improve your nap or catch up on some much-needed naps. The original Freshmint weighted blanket offers great all-natural sleep help for adults and kids by offering the gentle sensation of being held to encourage deep, healthy, restful sleep - ❤SOFT & DURABLE- The Weighted Blanket is made of durable breathable fabric, the liner is filled with premium, non-toxic glass beads. We use new crush-resistant glass bead inserts that are quiet, safe, and provide better support over plastic beads. Evenly distributed, no leakage - ❤RECOMMENDED WEIGHT/SIZE- The weight of the blanket you order should be 7%-12% of your weight, which would make the most of the blanket. Recommend 48''x72'' for Twin and Full bed, 60''x80'' for Queen bed, full bed and king size bed. Due to its weight, it’s not necessary to choose oversized blanket. - ❤ COMES WITH DUVET COVER- Match color Minky duvet cover with 10 ties inside that can be attached with the weighted blanket 's inner loops, keep in place and do not slip away. Duvet cover with zipper closure is machine washable and easy to remove & replace for spot cleaning. The weighted blanket inner layer can be used alone. - ❤EASY CARE: Simply throw the duvet cover into your washing machine and gently tumble dry on low. It will come out looking as good as new!
