One of the filaments inside a bulb was broken when it arrived and when inserted would shut the hole string off. (I discovered this while reinstalling all the bulbs...one by one... after removing them to thread the string (w/o bulbs) through the top of the umbrella canopy. When I reached out to the seller, they directed me to the correct replacement bulbs on Amazon. They requested I purchase the replacements and email them with the information afterward.
