Fits great on the back of the 2nd row of seats, and the clips open up to install. If I use the 3rd row of seats, it really is a space saver too, since there's not much room in the back of my car if I use the 3rd row. The velcro on the back of the storage really helps it to hold up against the seats so that it doesn't move or hit the seats while driving. This organizer really holds a lot, and because of the velcro it is firmly situated against the rear seats even when filled. I am very pleased with this product. It fit the back of my car great and its holding up to the items I placed in there. Its a great place to put extra diapers, wipes, and even more baby stuff.
