Must follow the instruction very carefully- particularly the additional enclosed (and hand signed) installation tip to spray the anchor bolts generously with oil lubricant to ease with installation. I was anchoring through tile and then into floor joists - the telltale "screech" of the bolt under stress as it penetrated those materials disappeared as I sprayed with the oil lube during screwing down. Had I not read the insert instructions, I'm afraid the bolt might have sheared off - which would have started a whole new chapter! This is one SOLIDLY anchored security device.
