I ordered both this style and the Cate in a 38F. Cate was actually a bit on the generous side, it could have almost sized down a bit. With Matilda, which is the one I ended up going with, I had to send back and get a 38FF. Once I can get over the number shock for the size, I think I am going to be very pleased. This fits well, lays flat, isn't gapping and I'm not accidentally spilling out.
