In the end, the device is not equipped to do what I need it to do so I decided to return it. I was then told I had to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. WHO DOES THAT? RESTOCKING FEE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I was told since there was no defect with the device, I am responsible for shipping it back to the company and I have to pay to get it back on the shelves. So, let me get this right, this company will get paid TWICE for the same device? That is NOT RIGHT!!!! This company should be ashamed of doing business like this.
