Personally, that gives me the experience to say that, as far as those I've personally tried, 60% of supplements don't do much, 30% are pretty good and the remaining 10% are amazing. This particular product is right up there in that 10% category. It has improved my health in many different aspects and I look forward to taking it, 2 capsules with each meal for a total of 6 a day. Those 6 capsules are the usual recommended dose but you may find that you will need less if you are already in pretty good health. If you are in bad health, you will need those 6 capsules or many more, depending on your situation. Remember to start low and then add more capsules slowly as time goes on to give your body time to adapt. Even good stuff can hurt you if you add too much too soon.
