I find this easy to swallow, but that's not saying much. It is a quite large capsule, and people vary in how well they swallow things--somehow that is especially true with meds. It means little for me to say I can swallow it easily, though, because I am one of the oddballs who can swallow a fistful of pills and caps all at the same time. It's common for me to take 12 caps and tabs together in a single gulp. If a large capsule is easy for you, this will be cake. If you're one of the people who have a hard time swallowing a tiny tablet, guess what. This capsule's going nowhere for you! I don't know whether or not it is safe to open the capsule and just consume the contents.Then they ask for a rating on the flavor, of all things. Well, it is absolutely flavorless. That is good, so I gave it five stars, but I think it would be better if it tasted like strawberries. Just kidding.The one significant point is that it is an excellent value for the money.In terms of its effectiveness, I have severe enough constipation that I have to use several different agents in higher than usual doses and/or frequencies, but they work and this is part of it. In terms of its effectiveness, I don't know what more to say than that.
