It's great. Usually only 5-6 kernels remain unpopped and I think they come out on the tail of a popped kernel. Everything lands in the bowl, unless one decides to pop mid-air on it's way out and then it flies to the floor or on the counter. That's to be expected with a hot air popper. But at least I don't have to chase all over the kitchen to get 1/3 or more of the kernels that I started with.
