Review: It works - For a lower cost filter cutter it does what it suppose to do. Only complaint is the cutting wheel is not designed to be replaceable if ever needed, but can be done if you're familiar working with tools and fabrication. Ive see cutters as much as $200, all the same general designed. Gradually increase the pressure of the cutting wheel while rotating the filter and you will get a nice clean cut. Works just like a pipe or tubing cutter.

For a lower cost filter cutter it does what it suppose to do. Only complaint is the cutting wheel is not designed to be replaceable if ever needed, but can be done if you're familiar working with tools and fabrication. Ive see cutters as much as $200, all the same general designed. Gradually increase the pressure of the cutting wheel while rotating the filter and you will get a nice clean cut. Works just like a pipe or tubing cutter.

This cutter worked just as I expected, not perfect, but pretty good especially when you figure it was the least expensive one that I could find.
