It doesn't have the bells and whistles that a lot of cycles sport, but for someone who just wants to get a good workout and not worry about the bike falling apart (not an unusual occurrence with cheaper bikes), this is a good one to try. Extremely sturdy and easy to adjust the tension on the fly. My only gripe (and it is a common one with most cycle trainers) is the seat. VERY uncomfortable. Plan to get an after-market gel seat. Otherwise, this is a great bike at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for short people *by J***E on December 14, 2014* Great trainer for shorter people. I am only 4'9 and it fits me perfectly at the lowest level. The heavier fly wheel offers plenty or resistance and a great work out. This trainer feels sturdy and was easy to assemble. I do like the red color.I read the review or answer in the Q&A section that said this should be big enough for a tall person. It is not.I am 5'10" and this is a bit on the small side for me. However, I bought this for my husband and he is 6' 2" and it is way too small for him.It isn't nearly as nice a bike as I have used in spinning class, unfortunately.
