One item in the instructions when installing this on the wall looked "not quite right", but I emailed the seller and they quickly responded with helpful and correct advice (which really helped!). A bit fiddly to set up but you only do it once and then it is as solid as anything. We have devices/consoles on each shelf and it is very safe and stable.
