I researched a lot of options here and even bought several, but kept on being disappointed with the light quality such as not being clear or bright enough, bluetooth speaker quality, and other factors. However, this one was really the best of the bunch. Love the 9 colors that are more interesting than the 3 RGB or 7 color options. My favorite mode is the automatic one.My only wish is that the internal bluetooth speaker quality could be a bit better so that we could use the sound activated mode for large parties. You won't be able to use the sound activated mode with external speakers such as our Ion Pathfinder 3. Not a dealbreaker though.We recently threw our Christmas karaoke party, and this disco light really helped set the mood.
