Fits perfectly, works correctly, just like the OEM part.This is the second replacement screen I had to order. Both my issue.First time, I dropped my ipad on concrete. smashed the corner, and broke the glass. Order a replacement, all was well.Then at night, my son dropped my ipad in my driveway, and I backed over my poor ipad with my SUV..... (I did have a griffon case on it this time, but a 2 ton suv won out). turns out, I also needed something called a 'mid frame' as well, but hey, you can't see that part while in a griffon case.Be aware, it does not come with the home button (see the picture? See the little hole on the left? That is where the home button goes). You will need to harvest your home button and assembly from your old screen and mount it in this one.Depending on what happened to your ipad, this may be a very messy, glass shard experience. I would prefer to spend a few more bucks and get the home button pre-mounted, but am cautious about trying different sellers, so I will deal with the button experience. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good Screen, Good Price, Needed more tape *by I***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2013* Great product and great shipping. My only complaint was that there were no directions, granted, I just did a youtube video to figure it out, however, there were no directions for where to put the tape on the new glass. Again, not a terrible thing...but I feel like I needed more tape. I found that it wanted to pop back up afterwords. I had to go buy additional double sided tape to put in the cracks to fill the gaps (now letting it set over night). This is my only complaint, I needed more tape...maybe you will too, or maybe not. But I would definitely buy from them again. As far as the surface feels...very sturdy. The top of it does feel a bit different, almost like my finger sticks to the top when I swipe, but thats it. The part arrived quickly, and was an exact fit in every way, indistinguishable to me from the original part it replaced -- other than being NOT cracked . The seller even included TWO sets of adhesive strips, which came in extremely handy, because I made a small mistake at first.
