These Nuts US raw and unsalted pumpkin seeds are fresh and tasty. They are a nutritious snack offering protein, fiber and healthy fat. However, they are high in calories, so you’ll want to eat them in moderation. They can be consumed as-is, salted and dried, or salted, dried and roasted. For salting, soak seeds in a salt water solution (ratio of 2 cups water to 1 tablespoon salt) for a few hours or overnight. Dry thoroughly; can use dehydrator if one is available. To roast, after drying, coat with oil and salt (or other seasonings), then roast in a 300 degree F oven for up to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Note that the nuts do not ship right away, so if you want them on a regular basis, a subscription may be the way to go. As the company name implies, these seeds are manufactured in the USA.
