However, I've had these boots for two years now and the only mark I have on them is my right boot from when I scraped my toe on a curb. That happened within the first month of me owning them, to which I took a brown marker and colored it in. As of today - two cold-weather seasons later [going into my third] these boots have held up perfectly.Now, do I wear them every day, 7-days a week? No. However, I have had weeks in which I've worn them 4-5 days and no problem. The sole is still in tack, the laces still lace to the top, and everything about them works, with exception of my left zipper being broken in half. However, that was my fault, I got the inner zipper caught & tried to force it up.All and all, for the price, I would say that these boots are a great addition to anyone's collection who likes the combat-style boots. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved these boots. To my disappointment one of the lace up metal shoestring hooks came off. I find this strange since you don't need to lace up and down at all. You leave them laced and just zip them on and off. The reason the hook came off within less than a full season of winter wear is obviously; they are cheaply made.They are the cheap synthetic imitation leather. But, hey, what did I expect for 20 bucks - real leather and solid workmen ship. However, you get exactly what you paid for. They are not that high quality and already, after having them for about two weeks, the hooks at the top of the boot have already started popping out. Moreover, the hooks at the top come undone when you are not wearing the shoes so putting on the shoes takes way longer than usual, despite there being a zipper on the side to facilitate the shoe-putting-on process.
