**Q: Might this work to coat metal equipment such as a snowblower to prevent rust?  I realize that this is not the intended use.**
A: I would think you would waste a lot of money using the mold release. WD-40 is for moisture control, not a lubricant.  It’s a little cheaper.

**Q: Does this leave a matte finish (haze) or Shine finish on epoxy castings. I need one that leaves the casting with the epoxy shine.**
A: When I used it I noticed that as long as I didn't buff the casting it had a pretty good shine to it.

**Q: Do i need this instead of a can of regular silicone spray for casting plaster in an rtv mold?**
A: This product is garbage. It ruined 5 silicone molds because it wouldn't release. Tore the molds to shreds!

**Q: Will this work on harden foam clay (not standard foam) to use a mold for craft resin?**
A: It seemed to work well with resin.
