My 16-inch laptop and wireless mouse fit perfectly with room to spare, making it the ideal size for comfortable computing. It's lightweight, ergonomic, and sturdy enough that I can work for hours on the couch or in bed without discomfort. The device ledge keeps my laptop securely in place at any angle, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover a subtle lip along the top edge of the built-in mouse pad that helps keep my mouse from sliding off when I'm not using it. The integrated phone holder is another feature I love because it keeps everything I need within easy reach. The cushioned base is supportive, stays cool, and prevents heat buildup, even during long work sessions. The overall build quality feels durable and well made. If I could suggest two small improvements, they would be adding a zipper to the cushioned base so users could adjust the filling for a more customized fit, and including a small opening at the bottom of the phone holder to accommodate a charging cable. Overall, this is an excellent lap desk that is thoughtfully designed, high quality, and comfortable to use. I highly recommend it. Review: The Perfect Lap Desk for Laptop Gaming - I purchased this product with one intended use in mind, laptop gaming, and for that it's perfect. My setup includes a 15.6 inch laptop along with a wireless mouse, and this lap desk gives me the ideal space I need for my gaming purposes. When seated, the desk sits comfortably on my lap, without feeling oversized, bulky, or unbalanced. I was originally concerned the "mousepad" would be too small, but after many hours of use, I can confirm the mousepad is plenty big enough for my gaming needs. One thing to note about the mousepad, however, is that it's very "slippery", and if you are sitting reclined as I often do, my mouse has the tendency to slide off the mousepad if there is any tilt to the desk whatsoever. Not a huge issue but having to adjust the desk to be perfectly level or flat on my lap so this doesn't happen took some getting used to. On a different note, I am very picky when it comes to my gaming setup, and I wanted a product that was of high quality, practical, stylish, and ergonomic, and this product checks every box. I chose this product over other similar products as this was the only lap desk I found that has the raised edge to hold the laptop in place centered in the "laptop space" of the desk, rather than centered across the entire length of the desk - if that makes sense. Because of this, since the laptop is perfectly centered along this raised edge, it is held in place nicely and I have no concern that it will shift left or right when I'm using it. Additionally, the phone holder only exists to the right of this "laptop space" and therefore the rubber feet of my laptop will not fall into it, a design flaw I noticed of other similar products. To add to this point, the phone holder is a very nice addition which securely holds my phone upright and in a sensible position. In all, I appreciate this product as a whole, it was thoughtfully designed and does its job well. For the price point, the product looks and feels worth the price, the plastic top is robust, and the padding underneath is contained within durable fabric. In conclusion, I look forward to gaming on this lap desk for many hours to come, and I can highly recommend this product to any potential buyers, both gamers and casual users alike. ## Features - Spacious Design: Measuring 21.1" wide and 12" deep, our lap desk comfortably fits most laptops up to 15.6". The actual shipping times vary greatly. But if you cancel prime, suddenly a lot of things become same day delivery. Imagine that. **Q: Is this for right-handed people only? that sucks!** A: THE LEFT-HANDED VERSION IS OFFICIALLY HERE!!! Sorry it took so long :P **Q: Do you feel the laptop heat on your lap?** A: No, not at all and my laptop is pretty heavy duty and can get quite hot. **Q: Is this big enough for both a 15.6" laptop and a mouse?** A: Yes it is. It’s a perfect fit! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Fit for a 16-Inch Laptop and Wireless Mouse *by J***N on July 7, 2026* This lap desk exceeded my expectations. It replaced a smaller LapGear desk that I’ve had for 5 years. I wanted a spot to rest my phone next to the computer, and with this desk, I can use the cutout or the rubberized mouse pad to hold the phone without it slipping off. I don’t use a mouse with my laptop, but the space on this desk intended for that purpose is ideal. The carbon fiber look surface is very nice and looks high-end. The two bolster pillows underneath are much better than my previous, smaller desk that had just one bean-filled pillow. The two separate pillows that run horizontally across the top and bottom of the underside of this desk do a much better job at supporting the computer+desk and keeping it all level. The carry handle is great for transporting the desk from room to room. The desk fits under my end table when I’m not using it. I predict I’ll have this one for a long time. Great quality and functionality from LapGear at a great price point. Highly recommend! ## Frequently Bought Together - LAPGEAR Home Office Lap Desk with Device Ledge, Mouse Pad, and Phone Holder - White Marble - Fits Up To 15.6 Inch Laptops - Style No. 91501 - TECKNET Wireless Mouse, 2.4G Ergonomic Optical Mouse, Computer Mouse for Laptop, PC, Computer, Chromebook, Notebook, 6 Buttons, 24 Months Battery Life, 2600 DPI, 5 Adjustment Levels --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/104592288-home-office-lap-desk-white-marble-fits-15-6-laptops](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/104592288-home-office-lap-desk-white-marble-fits-15-6-laptops) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
