I have sensitive skin so the plasticy bands other companies make are irritating to my skin OR they mess with my leggings. These are comfortable on my skin- retain their tension over time without stretching out and they have a good amount of tension. This comes with two sizes also! You can adjust as needed. They're great. I love them. After all, Gladiators are tough and standout amongst others.However, the performance is nothing special. The teal band has the higher resistance and works as I'd expect. I found the gold band to be worthless in terms of size and resistance, granted maybe I don't use it for what it's designed?Slippage did occur for me on both bands and there was some rubbing when worn with shorts.
