It should work fine. **Q: Does this work with win7 Media center and Over The air hd antenna?** A: Yes it works with windows 7 media center we use it on that. We have also used a hd antenna and it works great **Q: What file format does this record to?** A: Depends what software you use with this hardware... I use widows media player (windows 7). As i recall it comes with a software driver that used it's own format.
