Love my stand up desk but needed something other than a gel pad to keep my body balanced. This does the trick and feels great on your feet with or without shoes. It also helps you stay awake during meetings by rocking back and forth, shifting weight which is a bonus. Good value and study material

I've used this for three weeks Monday thru Friday a couple of hours a day. So far it's better than just standing on a flat ground. I use it with socks on only, It's comfortable. I haven't had to clean it yet.

I loved the design righr away but it was a little firm in the cushion. Bumps were too uncomfortable for me barefoot but worked okay with thins soled shoes

I really loved this item. I recommend it if you are on your feet al day. I have a standing desk at work and I stand about 99% of the day. I did end up returning it only because I realized I wasn’t using it as much as I thought I would. I ended up finding an anti fatigue mat at a bargain store that worked pretty well and then I stopped using the board. However, that said if you don’t have a mat and want something that will alleviate the hard floor. I recommend this. One thing to note is that this is not a balance board that will engage any muscle groups like your core. It’s really just for alleviating being on the hard floor while standing.

The one thing that I find really shady about this listing; If you look at several reviews they were for a regular foam mat and an entirely different rocking mat that appears to be all black and plastic. When a vendor changes the item after getting reviews its always a red flag.Given the overpriced nature of the standing desk scene in general, this is a decent buy. Its fairly comfortable(not the softest foam) and the rocking angle is well calibrated for easy back and forth motion without being too aggressive.The build quality isn't great. From what I've seen in reviews and on Facebook marketplace multiple people have had the textured bottom sheet delaminated. I also noticed that the laminated wood panels are not 100% air tight and flush with the edges in a few spots there is a big gap in the side where glue should be which invites potential problems down the road as moisture and friction can wear down the bond. Again, for the price(still overpriced) relative to the market is good enough where it might be worth owning. Time will tell.I am still on the fence if I want to risk keeping this product long term because of the defects mentioned above but if so, I will post an update after a few months of use.

Got it on Sunday and it is now Tuesday… i’ve spent… idk 11 hours on it so far and am absolutely loving this. No fatigue at all. It’s fun, barely notice I’m standing lol seems very durable, but of course it’s really only been 2 days. I’m about 200 lbs, 6’2. As an idea! I do would not use shoes on it… but you probably could without too much of an issue.

Made well. Ordered to stand on while working at standing desk. Great addition to home office!

Built my standing/sitting desk and this balance board is great. Keeps me on my toes and all of the little massage points are fantastic and keep you moving.Pumped I purchased it. If you’re looking to stand and move your body a bit while working, this is the board for you.
