If you are on a forum and someone recommends to; or watch a video and see someone; just put a 30mm Axle Deep socket on the nut and spin it off with an impact wrench *DO NOT DO THIS* get this tool or dremel out the staked nut. Wisting off the nut with the staked nut in place can destroy your Axle Nut and make putting a new one back on impossible. Also YOU HAVE TO RESTAKE THE NUT, or your Axle Nut could come loose and destroy your hub assembly, or kill you on the highway. *BONUS, THIS TOOL WORKS FOR STAKED NUTS ON OTHER MANUFACTURERS AS WELL* Review: Specialty tools for a reason - I replaced the front transfer case seal on my Toyota truck and this was handy. It took sevearl days to arrive during which I broke two small flat tip screwdrivers removing the previous stamped nut, and was lucky I was able to remove the broken bits and caused no harm to the threading. I was NOT able to stamp the new nut though, until I used this. Too little room to work because of the frame cross-member. Having both tools going forward will make removal and stamping easier in future. I've already told my friends with Toyotas about this handy combo I can loan. Doesn't really matter what vehicle. I've used it on cars and on a Fiat Ducato truck.
