This jacket was as described.  The material is a bit stretchy and cotton-y.  I added some iron-on transfers to turn it into a monster's university letterman jacket.  My niece loved it.  It fit as I expected based on the measurements.  I bought it a little large so my niece can layer and wear it as she grows.  The snaps are sturdy but not too hard for a child to open and close.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter.  We had it customized to support her school and a couple of activities she does.  She says this is her favorite gift.
