東京の友達のところへ遊びに行った際に、「レモスコ、って知ってる？これ今流行ってるみたいだよ」と、その時初めてレモスコの存在を知った私。「へー」と、たいして興味もなかったのに、子供がほしいと言うので購入。その後、田舎町に帰りさっそく夕食に試したところ、「なんじゃこりゃ〜‼︎」爽やかサッパリで塩と青唐辛子のウマ辛。広島レモンのさっぱり ➕ 九州の青唐辛子 ➕ 海人の藻塩、そのうえ化学調味料無添加って…よく見たらめちゃくちゃこだわった逸品だったんですね！瀬戸内レモンを使ったお品物がたくさん販売されていて、節穴だらけの私の目の中には飛び込んで来なかっただけ…肉、魚料理にはもちろん、そうめんにも合うし、野菜でもイケる…あぁ…何にかけても美味しい…あっという間に1本無くなりそうだったので、田舎在住の私は慌ててこちらで購入させていただきました。今年のような暑い夏には病みつきになるかもしれません。

これは私にとってはの個人的な感想です☆※評価が良かったので試しに購入したのですが、他の方のレビューにもありましたが「柚子胡椒」というチューブ入りの製品を液体にしただけのような感じの味で特に目新しい味には思えませんでした、また辛さは弱く正直バシャバシャかけても全然大丈夫な程度の辛さでした、スタンダートなタバスコ程度の辛さを期待している方には期待外れかもしれません!スタンダートなタバスコの辛さを10とすればレモスコは3くらい?でしょうか私的にはリピートはないです。(注意※もちろん辛さの感じ方にも個人差があり人によっては悲鳴をあげる程に激しく強烈に辛く感じる人もいると思います、あくまでも私にとっての個人的な感想です)

出来合の揚げ物など、普段ちょっとしつこく感じるものにかけるとさっぱり且つスパイシーになって食べやすい。焼き魚や焼き肉等シンプルなものも、食材の味を変えすぎる事無く変化が出せるのがいい。レモンの風味を期待しすぎると若干肩すかしなのかも…とは思いますが味を邪魔しすぎず程よい酸味と辛みを足すには重宝する一品です
