Especially if you are trying to nurse your damaged hair back to health, you need this cap. It will greatly speed up your hair health journey as it allows the products to penetrate much more effectively into your hair, instead of just sitting on top of the strands.It is super easy to use. After I am done in the shower, I put on my deep conditioning product then put on a clear shower cap. I microwave the thermal cap for 30 seconds on each side, then put it on over my shower cap for 20 minutes. My hair always comes out super smooth and silky. I didn’t get a full 30 minutes, so I will add more heating time to account for my low wattage microwave.The stitching pattern is fine. The flaxseeds stayed well in place due to the snug fit.The weight is reasonable. No strain on my neck when sitting and reading or typing this review.I appreciate not being trapped near the wall to use my blow dryer for a deep conditioning.
