The day it arrived I put it to the test. I used it and just about an hour later, in a doctor’s office, it matched the weight on his digital scale within 2 grams! Unfortunately I am going to return it after that one use because later that same day one of my children arrived with a gift for me-the exact same scale! He did not get it from Amazon so it was easier for me to return mine than for him to return his. But I would definitely recommend this scale.
