However, as an desertcart seller with inventory management nightmares, it has been a challenge to get Profit First to fit right. This book has dispelled many concerns I ran into the first time, making it feel not so alone in the process and realize Profit First is a great method to the desertcart madness. Favorite chapter so far is Ch 3, Stop The Inventory Insanity. This is everything we discovered wrong with the desertcart business model but did not know what to do about it. Many coaches and mastermind groups encourage you to put things on credit and maximize inventory to grow, with little to no knowledge of your accounts (or worse a false view of your accounts). So instead of spending more on a mentor or shiny new software get this book instead. Yes, a little sweat will be involved but you worked hard to get this far already, you might as well do a little more to make a big difference and peace of mind... oh and more PROFIT. True, this may not be for dropshippers but I think there is already so much great info for that audience.
