A: I don't think so.  Seems to be only slices, juliennes, and ribbons.

A: Yes, it comes with 3 blades.

**Q: Must disassemble to clean correct? How is this easy??**
A: I clean mine right after using it by holding it under hot running water.That usually works without dismantling the device. If you must dismantle it is not difficult.
